Return or exchange of goods
Terms and conditions
▪ In accordance with Regulations No. 207 of the Cabinet of the Republic of Latvia, the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return or exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of the receipt of the goods.
▪ In accordance with Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.
▪ The online shop CENTRUM.LV reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund to the Buyer or exchange the goods, or to deduct the amount of compensation in the event that the goods have been used or damaged, the original labels have been removed or the package (if any) has been substantially damaged.
▪ To avoid misunderstanding, please make sure before ordering that the goods meet the Buyer’s requirements as to their colour, shape, size and material.
▪ You will be sent or issued a form for the return or exchange of goods. The return or exchange of goods is carried out only after receiving the completed return form and the return goods. The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of submitting the form for the return or exchange of goods.
▪ If the goods purchased are defective, the Buyer must immediately, as soon as the goods have been received, contact us. The goods are not subject to return or exchange if the Buyer has failed to inform the Seller in time.
▪ By starting to use the goods purchased, the Buyer confirms that the goods meet the requirements and that the refund will not be claimed. Before using the goods please read the care recommendations, because if the goods are used improperly, a refund or exchange will not be possible.
▪ The goods may be exchanged for the same goods of a different size, or any other goods chosen by the Buyer. In case of exchange, we will send new goods to the Buyer once the return goods and the completed return form have been received. The costs related to the return of the goods by post or courier shall be covered by the Buyer.
▪ The refund to the Buyer is made by bank transfer to the Buyer’s account within 15 working days only after the return goods and the completed form for the return or exchange of goods have been received.
▪ All supporting documents confirming the purchase of the goods must be enclosed in all cases to carry out the return or exchange of the goods. Receipt (the goods have been paid for in cash or by using non-cash payment options); invoice (the goods have been paid for by bank transfer); completed return form.
▪ The cost of delivery will not be refunded if the goods are rejected without reasonable justification. The costs related to the return of the goods by post or courier shall be covered by the Buyer.
▪ The goods purchased at a discount on sales are not subject to return or exchange.

▪ Print the form for the return or exchange and enclose in the package with the goods PDF / WORD
The return or exchange of goods is carried out only after receiving the return goods and the completed return form.

How to return or exchange goods

Open: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. business day.
2. Through the post office or courier services.
The costs related to the return of the goods by post or courier shall be covered by the Buyer.

How to get money refund through the same payment method used for purchase
1. By bank transfer to the customer’s account within 15 business days.
After receiving the completed form for the return or exchange of goods and the return goods.

Conditions for return or exchange of goods
1. The Buyer must return the goods complete with all their parts, in the form in which the goods have been supplied by the Seller.
2. The following mandatory documents must be enclosed with the goods:
▪ receipt (the goods have been paid for in cash or by using non-cash payment options)
▪ invoice (the goods have been paid for by bank transfer)
▪ completed return form
